Terms & Safety Rules

These terms govern your use of Top That, operated by Top That Online LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old. If the law where you live requires permission from a parent or guardian, you represent that you have received it. Provide accurate information, keep your login secure, use one account per person, and do not impersonate another person or evade enforcement.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You grant Top That a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, moderate, and adapt your content only as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve the service. You must have permission to upload every video, image, sound, and person shown in your content.

Safety rules

• No dangerous dares involving weapons, fire, heights, moving vehicles, choking, substances, self-harm, excessive physical risk, threats, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, or minors.
• No illegal activity, private personal information, stolen footage, intellectual-property infringement, spam, scams, or deceptive content.
• Do not manipulate votes, create fake engagement, coordinate abuse, or interfere with the service.
• Challenge titles and videos must honestly represent the activity being shown.

Performance voting only

Votes must judge how well each clip completes the named challenge. Top That may not be used to rate or objectify a person’s appearance, body, identity, disability, sexuality, or popularity. Appearance-rating challenges and abusive coordinated voting are prohibited.

Moderation

Challenge clips and profile photos may be analyzed by Google Cloud Vision for automated safety review. We may use automated and human review, hide high-risk reports immediately, remove or limit content, preserve safety records, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when we reasonably believe content or conduct violates these terms, creates risk, or must be addressed by law.

Account deletion

You may delete your account inside the app from Profile > Menu > Delete account. Deletion is permanent. Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, disputes, or enforcement.

Service availability

Top That is provided on an "as available" basis. Features may change, pause, or end, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every item of user content is accurate or safe.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Top That evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions, reports, or legal notices may be sent to support@topthat.app.
